Aphram (アフラム,, Afuramu) was an Islamic extremist who was primarily located in Palestine, and the leader of Avlah Aqvalah (アヴラ・アクヴァラー,, Avura Akuvuarā), a group of terrorists commonly known as "the group of Anti-Jewish Islamic Extremists". He had an extreme hatred for Catholics, and those who does not believe in Allah; which led to him to go to extreme measures such as, willing to kill, capture, torture them; had he ever caught one.

Appearance

Physically, he was a skinny person with a combed hair, and a seemingly light-colored hair. He looked to be middle aged, lanky, and was a tall, long limbed person with a black mustache, along with a goatee. For his attire, he wore a thick jacket, commonly worn by members of the military and looks similar to what Pip Bernadotte wears. His plain, white t-shirt is covered by his large, patterned scarf. He also wore a normal pair of trousers and a belt, finished with a pair of boots. Also, he had worn a glasses, and was frequently seen smoking.

Personality

Generally at the start, he seemed to be calm and collected; however, malicious and psychopathic. His hatred for Jewish people, and people who does not believe in Allah was present; and would dare to kill or even, capture anyone who does not believe in Allah. His confidence eventually got the better of him, and his true side was shown; a pathetic coward.

History

Appearing as the main antagonist of Crossfire's first chapter, he had captured Sister Yumie Takagi and a bunch of other priests and sisters at the "Relief Center" in the Palestine refugee camp; he had apparently raided the place with his men, and in doing so; challenged the Vatican directly toe-to-toe and was demanding a total of $10 Million in-exchange for the hostages he had kidnapped.

Ordering his men to execute a couple of the priests beforehand, he later told his men to prepare his next victim; "the Woman With Glasses", in which, he stated his motivations for doing so to the priests and sisters; that if he does this, can get the money and kill all of those who does not believe in Allah, the almighty would rejoice. The Priests were begging to stop, and was going as far as to plead to Aphram to kill them instead, and not the Sisters. However, ignoring it, he said "Allah Akbar" and was ready to pull the trigger; until one of his men told him to wait, as they saw a mysterious figure of a woman standing.

Thinking that it was the person the Vatican had sent to trade the money for the hostages, he took Yumiko hostage and demands the money. However, the figure instead started moving closer and closer; and talked about this "Yumie" person. Confused, he tells the person to stop moving and the person rushed at Aphram, punched Yumiko at the jaw directly. Puzzled, he demands their identity, however, instead tells Aphram that they did not bring the money and then, shoots Aphram's men, which was so accurate that they had died instantly. Panicking, Aphram orders his men to kill her and the other priests, however, Yumie awakes and smashes his men's head to the wall; killing him instantly.

Watching his men get brutally slaughtered with seemingly ease, he took one priest hostage; but however, as he gets ready to pull the trigger, the negotiator had already placed her pistol directly onto Aphram's head, and then, pulls the trigger; killing Aphram instantly.
