Harry Anders (ハリー・アンダース,, Harī Andāsu) was a minor character, appearing in multiple episodes of the original Hellsing anime created by Gonzo.

He was an elite agent working for the MI5, and was one of the agents involved within the FREAK Chip case with the Hellsing Organisation. He has long been working for the MI5 as an agent, and was therefore, sent on a mission by the chief of the MI5 to investigate the FREAK chips and locate the distributor of said chips.

Anders investigated the 'FREAK Chips' and questioned Helena, taking Seras with him for protection. He was killed when his car exploded, the circumstances of which are unknown. It is to be noted that Anders claims that he had been acquainted with Seras' father, though this is likely just to get Seras to defend him if anything goes wrong when he questions Helena.
