Mitsuki Saiga (斎賀 みつき, Saiga Mitsuki) is a Japanese voice actress, singer, and narrator who is affiliated with Ken Production. She performed the voice of Heinkel Wolfe in two Hellsing franchises: the OVA and the Cross Fire Drama CD. She also played Nasu Suketaka Yoichi in Kouta Hirano's another work, Drifters.
