David Patrick Seitz is an American voice and the voice-provider of Luke Valentine in both the TV anime and the OVA. He has also voiced many other characters in anime, with some of his most notable roles being that of Dio Brando from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Frankie from One Piece and Endeavour from My Hero Academia, among many others.
