Plot Synopsis
A Hong Kong factory producing the chips dubbed as FREAK Chips was destroyed after Royal Hong Kong Police officers raided it. To maintain the manpower of Hellsing, Integra Hellsing and Walter C. Dornez are forced to train some recruits from non-British special forces personnel to handle the issue of the FREAK vampires alongside recruiting from British Special Units such as the SAS and D-11. Seras and Harry Anders, an agent of MI-5, investigate the rise of cases involving FREAK vampires on their own, introducing Seras to the Vampire Helena. After they leave, Harry Anders' car explodes.

Seras' attempt to narrate the preview gets interrupted again by the spirit of Harkonnen, who lists the names of three episodes that don't exist; the first being an episode where the Harkonnen and the Jackal duel each other (Meaty Bullet Battle! Harkonnen and Jackal), the second focusing on Walter going on his first errand (changed to Walter going on his first shopping trip in the dub), seemingly referencing HELLSING: THE DAWN (Walter Goes Shopping for the First Time), and the last one involving Integra eating fugu sashimi and drinking three mugs of beer (Integra Eats Fugu Sashimi and Drinks Three Beers). Seras promptly reprimands him for interrupting her again.
