Summary

Decades ago, Arthur Hellsing taught a young Integra Hellsing about the nature of vampires—that vampires are dominant monsters when they realize the essentials of their extended prowess. In the present day, Alucard's battle with Tubalcain Alhambra reaches its climax as Alucard fulfills his promise of making Tubalcain squeal like a pig. The crucial information regarding Millennium Alucard that he learns of through sucking the blood of Tubalcain erupts him into hysteria as Pip Vernedead shows up with an occupied helicopter. Alucard comments that he and The Major are incorrigible warmongers.

Synopsis

In the late 80s, the late Arthur Hellsing taught his daughter, Integra Hellsing, about vampires. He asked Integra, "What's the most dreadful monster there is?" Integra answered with, "The vampires," to which Arthur confirmed so and stated that they are their arch enemy. He told her that a vampire is full of weaknesses, yet the vampire is referred to as an "invincible monster," prompting him to ask the reason why that was so to his daughter. In response, Integra said that they can shapeshift into bats or manipulate wolves, to which Arthur said that was not definitive, later stating that there are other means of defeating a vampire when his daughter said that they could not die unless their heart was staked. He remarked that a vampire's ability to make an endless number of slaves and allies by drinking the blood of others is something to fear, but not quite the same as invincibility.

Eventually, he gave Integra a clue: it is something much more simple. Integra answered with, "They're so powerful?" Arthur smirked and nodded in response, proclaiming that a vampire is exceedingly strong, listing their abilities and undying nature but simplifying it all into one thing: "Power." He commented that they tore through humans as if they were mere rags and that the problem was when the vampire realized its power, it was not content with simplicity, rather wielding the power as if they were tyrants. He noted that a close-range encounter with a vampire meant death and stated that the intelligence and nature of vampires (bloodsucking fiends) establish vampires as dreadful beings.

In the present day, Tubalcain Alhambra gloats and mocks Alucard for thinking that he (Tubalcain) will squeal like a pig, calling Alucard dense and asking if he has gotten soft while hurling three decks of Playing Cards over Alucard, who stands smiling. With the destruction of the building behind, falling concrete proceeds to cloud the area with smoke, hindering Tubalcain's vision as he asks Alucard if he is to run again, remarking on the futility of such action. Just then, he dodges and swiftly slices a bullet traveling mid-air fired by Seras Victoria, who proceeds to waste her Baerlks on Tubalcain, who blocks every shot in frustration, lashing out at her in the midst of defending himself, calling her a "stupid little bitch," and telling her to not mess with him.

Realizing that her ammo capacity had run out, Seras switches to the Harkonnen and shoots at Tubalcain, who is sweating all over but manages to split the bullet by throwing one of his Cards. However, the bullet causes smoke to cover the area behind Tubalcain, who turns around suspecting Alucard, slices the shadowy figure behind him, but is shocked to see an otherworldly substance transforming into a group of bats. The smoke completely surrounds Tubalcain as another shadowy figure appears behind Tubalcain, firing the Jackal, which Tubalcain deflects before chucking another set of Cards over to the figure, revealing itself to be Baskerville. Subsequently, Alucard finally appears, and Tubalcain briskly turns around and tries to slice him with his Cards, but Alucard catches his wrist and kicks down on his right knee, tearing it as Tubalcain writhes and wails in pain.

Alucard punctually pulls his right arm backwards, mocking Tubalcain to squeal like a pig, clenching it so hard that it breaks down the restraints around his right arm and launches his fist towards Tubalcain at breakneck speed; concurrently, Tubalcain desperately hovers his Cards forward in pain as Alucard releases his fingers, longing his arm forward towards Tubalcain's Cards as the clash summons a gust of wind that surrounds them. However, Alucard's blow was so powerful that it starts tearing down Alucard's right and Tubalcain's left arm in the middle afterwards, releasing a pool of blood as Alucard pushes forward while Tubalcain screams in pain.

In the midst of the bloodshed, Alucard's arm regenerates and latches onto Tubalcain's face as Tubalcain shakes uncontrollably in pain, the puff of blood circling over Alucard's right arm. He then grabs Tubalcain's face as he declares, "Checkmate," telling him to fulfill his arrangement with him in that he proceeds to move forward with his mission. Alucard proclaims that he will have Tubalcain tell everything to him with his life; pulling Tubalcain's face upwards, Alucard twists his (Tubalcain's) head, which reveals his neck, and bites onto it. Tubalcain screams and gargles in pain as his body erupts into flames right after.

The blood forms into a cross while Alucard breathes out in satisfaction, Tubalcain's body disintegrates into ashes while Seras watches speechless, and then Alucard claps, confusing Seras. Right after, Pip Vernedead shows up with a commandeered helicopter, landing on the roof, and desperately tries to get Alucard and Seras in the helicopter. Seras is then reminded of the coffins, while Vernedead explains that they do not have that much time and asks Alucard what he is doing. Alucard stares at the sky and remarks that killing off their enemies, allies, those who they should protect, nations they should rule, and even themselves is still not enough, stating that The Major and he are alike in that they are both "incorrigible warmongers."
