Dornez proceeds to introduce Alucard and Seras to their new weapons: the Jackal for Alucard and Harkonnen for Seras. Meanwhile, by the gates of the Hellsing Headquarters, vampire brothers Luke and Jan Valentine launch a covert sneak attack on the Hellsing Headquarters with the help of a ghoul army outfitted with military gear and small arms. Synopsis
Irons and Integra's discussion
Just as all the conference members appear to the invitation Integra Hellsing sent, Hugh Irons informs Integra that the recent wave of vampire attacks is too much for them to cover up and then proceeds to ask Integra if she has found something important, to which she confirms. Finding something new, Integra hands out a Speech Chip embedded in one of the investigations of the recent waves of vampire attacks. She speculates that someone is pulling the strings behind the scenes and that the vampires and ghouls they had fought thoroughly were suggested to be artificially made. This shocking revelation made the council worry.
Within Seras Victoria's room of the Hellsing Headquarters, thirty meters down below, Seras asks Walter C. Dornez about the coffin in the middle of the room, to which Walter explains that it is Integra's order to dispose of the bed, as vampires must sleep in coffins, much to Seras' dismay. Walter then notices that she has not drunk any blood since she became a vampire, so he warns her that if she does not do so, her powers will weaken as a result. As he asks Seras the reason for her not doing so, she explains that if she does, something will feel like it has ended forever. Just then, Alucard barges in and calls Seras a "pissant," much to the surprise of Seras. Alucard tells Seras that she could have just died there if she wanted to, yet she has chosen the night, and so then no matter how much she tries to reach the light, it will come to no avail, as there is no way of reversing her decisions of choosing. In response, Seras remains speechless, yet she sweats profusely. Noticing her nervous reaction, Alucard attempts to calm her down, telling her that there may be a place for a timid "evening walker" like her, which lightens her mood.
Alucard receives the Jackal
Walter turns around and goes to grab a bag, which he later puts on the counter at the side as he informs Alucard of his brand-new gun, the Jackal. After Walter's introduction, details, and explanation of the weapon, Alucard is satisfied and compliments the gun himself, much to Walter's pleasure. Seras gets distracted and is astonished about how big the pistol is. Then, Walter excites Seras by informing her that she also has a brand new gun, only for it to turn out to be a huge cannon, named the Harkonnen, much to Seras' shock that she would be wielding a weapon so huge.
The Valentine Brothers, Luke and Jan
At the rear gate of the Hellsing Headquarters, vampire brothers Luke and Jan Valentine are stopped by two Hellsing guards. They try to tell the guards that they are merely on a tour, visiting the castles of the British nobility, pointing to a parked bus. The guards insist that it is a restricted area that cannot be entered. The Valentine Brothers give up trying to maintain a disguise and order the ghouls back at the bus to kill the guards while leaving one alive on purpose. As one of the guards witnesses the other guard's death, Jan bids farewell and snaps his fingers, completely obliterating the man with firearms and destroying the gate behind. Noticing that it had gone on for too long, Jan orders them to stop twice before succeeding in making them stop.
As the brothers prepare to begin their siege on Hellsing, Jan states that as long as he gets to kill and drink the spill, he does not care if he is being used by him after Luke remarks that they (the Valentine Brothers) are nothing more than "cogs in the machine."
Walter receives his order
Integra learns of the ghoul army after a panicked soldier reports to her over the radio, at which the Round Table Council begins to panic itself. Jan then takes control of one of Hellsing's radios and calls them, informing them that he has already eaten some of the soldiers and telling them to get ready for him. Afterwards, Integra contacts Walter for backup, though she soon learns that reinforcements will take hours. However, Walter lets her know that he will personally assist in taking down the enemy, alongside Alucard and Seras. He later goes into the details, letting her know that Alucard will take down the older brother while he and Seras go after the younger brother. In response, Alucard smiles in action to see the "Angel of Death" back in action again after so long as Walter chuckles in response.
