Summary

Alucard continues his gory escape to make a point as Millennium's leaders—The Major, The Professor, and The Captain, all gleefully watch. Pip Vernedead is anxious but states that this mission is something he has to do because he is getting paid, while Alucard proceeds to massacre those in the hallways, elevator, and ground level. Seeing the crowd outside, he uses his telekinetic prowess to lead the corpses of GATE soldiers on several poles to impale them, making a grandiose entrance that The Major takes as a declaration of war that he considers superb.

Synopsis

Elsewhere in his hotel, Pip Vernedead prepares himself and curses multiple times; incredibly anxious and worried, he copes by telling himself that since the Hellsing Agency is paying him, then he ought to do whatever they say, and so it is good enough. Meanwhile, Millennium spearheaders watch the chaotic event. Their leader, The Major, is amused by the battle but says that although the battle has begun, it is not "yet" enough because this alone would never satisfy Alucard until many more die. His assistant, The Professor, asks about what they should do by addressing him as "Führer," to which the cautious Major tells him to not call him by that title as they may not know who is listening. The Professor corrects himself by addressing him as "Major," in which The Major expresses that Tubalcain Alhambra's methods would not settle anything regardless of how many natives die and that it is simply boring and useless, likening it to fighting a blaze with a watering can.

He then orders The Professor to send a transmission to Tubalcain to settle matters as planned by preparing a sortie. Concurrently, Alucard chases down the remaining GATE squadron to the elevator, continuing his massacre. As he shoots down two of the officers, Alucard eats one of their corpses before standing up as the remaining officers watch in fear, waiting for the elevator. Alucard comes striding through, the barrels of his pistols smoking, his teeth pointed and drenched in blood. The surviving officers get into an elevator as Alucard comes closer. Just as the door is about to close, one of the officers named Ricardo makes the mistake of making eye contact with the vampire, falling under his hypnotic spell. As per Alucard's demands, Ricardo proceeds to smash the button to open the doors. His comrades attempt to talk sense into him, but when he refuses to stop, his allies have no choice but to shoot him.

However, before the elevator doors close, Alucard jams them with the guns in his hands, opening the doors, saying, "Open Sesame," as they watch in horror. He steps in, thanks them for their service in that they have done their duty well, bids farewell, and begins massacring the officers within. As the elevator descends, Alucard reloads, revealing an elevator room filled with carnage as the door opens when it reaches ground level. He then shoots down the officer's standby waiting on ground level before they are able to react and sees light shining through the doors, to which he smiles.

The television news outlet and representatives report that since the time the GATE units entered the building, the situation inside remains unknown, after which they suddenly hear a loud sound of broken windows coming from the entrance. The bodies of the GATE officers inside were flung through the window, impaling themselves on the flagpoles outside as the TV crew tried to catch it on camera, and upon realization, everyone outside freaked out in sight of the horrors they had just witnessed. Alucard leaves Hotel Rio, revealing himself as he demands the mastermind. Integra Hellsing watches with a cigar, while Walter C. Dornez watches with a smile. Somewhere else, Alexander Anderson and Enrico Maxwell menacingly smile. From his chair, The Major stands up and claps, laughing at the artistic style of Alucard's declaration of war, gleefully stating that they finally have another war while asserting that Alucard's declaration was superb.
