Summary

Rip Van Winkle takes a nap on the deck of the HMS Eagle, while Integra Hellsing attempts to take control of the chaotic situation within the headquarters of the British National Security Guidance Division, only to find herself unwelcomed by commanders, who found themselves at odds with Shelby M. Penwood for his decisions and had sent the SAS to retrieve control of the Eagle. Integra calmly sits and lets them do the mess their way, only for the SAS unit to be down in one shot by the Magic Bullet from the Musket.

Synopsis

The new crew that had taken control of the ship discusses the course of actions, then talks about the daily life that they are now unable to do because of their vampirism, envying Rip Van Winkle for the mere act of taking a nap in the sunlight. Even with their newfound powers, they are still way behind the Werwolves—to the Werwolves, they must look like rookies. Under a parasol, Rip Van starts a countdown of the moment that the Generalissimo will come to England with great anticipation and lack of patience: 36 and 35 minutes.

Meanwhile, Integra Hellsing arrives at the headquarters of the British National Security Guidance Division with Walter C. Dornez. She arrives and is greeted by Shelby M. Penwood, causing his peers to suspect him of being the one to invite Integra, and is outraged by his decision, as it is a matter of national security and falls under the jurisdiction of their navy, telling Integra to leave. Integra, however, walks over and sits down with a calm demeanor. She takes a cigar and smokes, questioning if they are really sure of their decisions, startling and dumbfounding the commanders. Penwood tries to ease the situation and explains to Integra that communications were lost with the HMS Eagle 18 hours ago, sitting idle at a point 300km away from Pollington; though it was originally their problem to handle, the satellite photos they captured of the blood-painted swastika on the deck of the Eagle categorized the mess as an act of madness.

Integra looks at the photo and realizes that it was done by Millennium. However, the navy military finds this ridiculous and insists that vampiric Nazi remnants are a joke, questioning the confidence that The Queen has for Integra, and declares that her privileges will get her nothing at headquarters. Reluctantly, Integra accepts, allowing them to make a plan. The commander states that their latest intelligence indicates one person beneath a parasol, catching Integra and Walter's attention. They plan to send two SAS squads to assess and take control of the situation, causing Integra to lament her pity for the squad; Integra tells Penwood that he has done nothing but produce thirty pieces of meat for the vampires.

The helicopters near the HMS Eagle are promptly shot down and explode in mere seconds with one bullet by Rip Van Winkle, who states that her warhead will punish all without distinction and calls the futility of their actions a mere act of "tragedy" and "comedy," with exactly 36 more hours to go until she has fulfilled her mission. Meanwhile, within the headquarters, mass hysteria begins once they realize that what killed the 30 SAS unit was one bullet from a musket, proving Integra correct in their errors.
